meet the coach

Marco Muthi - FA Licensed Coach

Marco boasts over six years of experience as a football coach, having lent his expertise to renowned institutions such as Lionheart Football, Johnson Football Schools, and Nescot Football Academy. During his placement year, he coached U7-U16 footballers at Stoneleigh Athletic FC and spent an additional six months as a primary PE teacher in Surrey, UK.

Marco is a talented footballer who has played for Aldershot Town U23s and the University of Bath first team. Currently, he is affiliated with Godstone FC and collaborates with them to offer strength and conditioning training through in-person sessions and the Athlete Academy App. He has recently been appointed as the youth academy manager at Godstone Fc, commencing in the 2024-2025 season.

In October of 2022, he hosted his first showcase trial, inviting scouts from several noteworthy clubs, including Southampton FC, Gillingham FC, and Bromley FC.

In addition to his athletic pursuits, Marco recently graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc degree in Sport and Exercise Science. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Performance Football Coaching at St. Mary's University, balancing his passion for football with academic excellence.
