1-to-1 Online Coaching

For £25/week, you will receive:

*Personalised nutrition planning & guidance to hit your fitness goal. This will be updated every 4-6 weeks (depending on your progress).

*Personalised training programme. Depending on your goal (football development, gaining muscle, burning fat, etc.), you will receive a personalised programme to help achieve your goal. The programme is updated on a weekly basis and will continue to be updated until you cancel your 1-to-1 coaching plan.

The goal is to teach how to maintain your training and nutrition after the goal is achieved to eliminate any setbacks.

Our 1-Rep Max Calculator is designed to inform you of the optimal weight needed to lift for the respective amount of reps. Simply type your 1-rep max result for an exercise, and you will be shown results for 2 reps, all the way up to 15 reps.

Footballers: Team-based & Individual-based programming.

Football teams: We create your team-based strength & conditioning programme on a weekly basis. We also create a group chat for all team members and add in your workouts and nutrition for athletic performance.

Football players: We are currently working on creating positional-specific based training to train individually. This will involve ball mastery drills, shooting, weak foot development, dribbling, and more.
