    Trainer

    Hello, my name is Warren. I'm a recent graduate from Nescot with a BSc in Sports Therapy, and I'm enthusiastic about helping you attain your fitness goals.

    Our sessions will be lively and invigorating, with a positive outlook to ensure we attain our fitness objectives as a team!

    Trainer

    Marco comes with over five years of experience as a football coach and personal trainer.

    He has served as a sports coach at various esteemed institutions such as Lionheart Football, Johnson Football Schools, Nescot Football Academy, among others.

  • Brad Shaw

    Trainer

    My name is Brad, and I'm a 24-year-old sports enthusiast who enjoys playing various sports such as cricket and rugby.

    I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science from Nescot College, and I'm currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation at St. Mary's University.

Our Monday Sessions: 6:45pm-7:30pm

Our Monday sessions are led in the Nescot Muga, which provides shelter from rainy weather.

Coach Brad and Coach Marco typically lead this class, prioritizing strength development and cardiovascular health. Their approach incorporates circuit-based training with brief core workouts interspersed between rounds. Expect to utilize equipment such as weights, kettlebells, and resistance bands.

If you find circuit training appealing, we invite you to join us on Mondays. You may even bring along two friends for a complimentary session!

Our Wednesday Sessions: 6:45-7:30pm

We lead our Wednesday sessions within a fitness room at Nescot.

Coach Warren typically leads this class, which incorporates high-intensity workouts featuring resistance bands and lighter weights. Additionally, cardio-based sessions are integrated into the routine.

Individuals who prefer high-intensity focused fitness sessions are encouraged to attend the Wednesday sessions. Furthermore, you may bring along two friends and enjoy a complimentary session.

Our Friday Sessions: 9:00am-9:50am

Our Friday fitness sessions are led at Auriol Park located in Stoneleigh.

Coach Warren leads the class, and his innovative exercise regime incorporates a deck of cards. While this may seem unconventional, it's a popular workout among our members and guaranteed to produce results that leave you sweating.

If you are seeking a high-intensity session to burn those extra calories, then our Friday morning card-based class is ideal for you. Also, you can bring up to two friends free of charge for the session.

Our Saturday Sessions: 8:45-9:35am

Our Saturday fitness classes take place at Auriol park in Stoneleigh, typically led by Coach Marco. The sessions will encompass a mixture of weight training and high-intensity exercises incorporating resistance bands and lighter weights, along with rigorous cardio and core-focused workouts.

If you're someone who prefers high-intensity or weight-based fitness regimens, our Saturday classes are the perfect fit for you. Feel free to invite up to two friends to join you for a complimentary session!
